Shipping Policy

Zahras Boutique understands that shipping needs to be cost effective, timely, easy to calculate, and reliable.

Thus, we make every effort to ship your order, door-to-door, as quickly as possible.

The length of time the shipment will take to reach you varies according to the shipment method used - we always endeavour to send by the most reliable means and in the shortest possible time - however, shipment times and delays are beyond our control and we bear no responsibility for such delays.  We will provide an approximate time of shipment and delivery, however this is understood to be only an estimate that is subject to delays outside our control.

The customer agrees to bear full responsibility for any any item that is lost, damaged or held/detained by customs during shipment, we bear no responsibility in such an eventuality. 



Zahras Boutique provides exquisite items at the best prices and we guarantee no defect items.   We accept returns only in cases that defects are agreed to by us. In this case, customer agrees to pay a 15% restocking charge and bears all return postage by secure shipment.  We do not accept returns due to other reasons.
